How many days in advance will I need to schedule a detail?
Preferably 3 days in advance but we do our best to accommodate those in need of a detail or wash on short notice!
Will I need to drop off my car?
Mr Cleans is a completely mobile service. We come directly to you!
Will I need to provide power or water?
We provide our own power & water by using a gas powered generator & water tanks. In the event we run out of gas or water we shall kindly ask if to connect to an external power source or water hose.
What do you do in the event of rain?
- In the event the weather isn’t looking too favorable, we will still perform our services but shall contact you prior to arrival to confirm you are okay with us working on your vehicle.
- Upon arrival we shall clean the interior first before starting on the exterior unless stated otherwise by the client.
- If the weather isn’t allowing us to perform our services, we shall reschedule your detail with priority.
Do you offer any guarantee?
- We offer a 24 hour guarantee. Once your vehicle is detailed, a walk around shall be provided to ensure the job meets or exceeds your expectations.
- In the event something we missed a minor detail, we shall quickly come back to you and correct our mistake.
- Before starting a job, the detailer will ask you which parts of the vehicle or would you like more attention placed on.
- Before & after pictures may be taken to provide evidence of the jobs completion in the event the client isn’t available for a walk through
What are the differences between a FULL DETAIL & MINI DETAIL?
*Mini details do not include
- light seat shampooing
- Waxing
- Deep interior cleaning
(Mini details are best suited for vehicles in need of a mild to medium interior cleaning)
How long does it normally take to do a Detail?
- The time it takes to perform a detail varies from car to car depending on the condition or severity of the vehicle.
- Express Wash normally take 45-1:30
- Mini Details 1-2.5 Hours
- Full Details range from 2-8 hours depending on the condition of the vehicle
Do you offer any discounts?
We do offer discounts for fleets or group washes of 5 or more vehicles 🙂
